Ketchup

Oddly enough, I need to do a little "catch up" post like MckMama. Except mine's of a totally different nature.

This first card I made for my sweet friend, Arelys, for her birthday. I used some pink felt self-adhesive flowers. It's really cool and I enjoy the look.
This next card was for my husband for Father's Day. Our daughter, son, dog, and myself are represented on this card. I was at a loss as to what to do with the middle square. It occured to me later that I had some tiny alphabet stickers I could have used. But oh well. He really liked the card.
I love LOVE this one. This was my sister-in-law's birthday card. I love this paper from Stampin' Up! And the stripe ribbon I just happened to have lying around just matches perfectly. I love it!

Fabulous Site

Hello! I have some birthday cards and Father's Day cards to share with you, but I still have to edit them. In the meantime, I thought I would share a cool website with you that you just may want to check out!

I came across Paige and Brooke's website through a new blog friend recently. They are all about homemade, so you know I'm all about that!! Please go check out their site. I'm adding their link to my sidebar too.

Graduation!

My nephew is graduating from kindergarten tonight! Hooray! I put together this quick and simple card this morning. Originally I wasn't going to put the blue in, but I think it really looks nice and adds pizzazz to the card. Don't you think?

Mother's Day Cards

I just realized this morning that I never posted the Mother's Day cards I made! This first one was for my husband's mom. I love the colors! And the tree stamp is oh so cute! I colored with colored pencils and I like how it makes the picture so soft.
This one just looks like my mom! I did trace over the letters with a black marker but I didn't get a final picture, so we all have to settle for this. I love how the card turned out. Chic, yes?

Sweet Baby Boy

I made this card for a good friend. She just had her third baby boy! Her first son was born 5 months after my daughter. That means she has 3 children under 3! Wow! I am so excited for them. And they picked a great name for this one: Caleb!! ;o)

A Baby Gift

I found this idea for fabric wrapped initials on a blog several months ago. I really wanted to try it so when I learned that I had a niece, I knew exactly what I would make her!! Conveniently enough, her name is short and sweet so I decided to do her whole name instead of just her initial. Here's how it came out:

Anna's Announcements

Finally! They are complete! It took me forever, but here are Anna's birth announcements. I basically came up with the design myself based on what I had available in the house. Most of our stuff is still hanging out at my in-law's house so I was very limited as to what I could do. I am really happy with how they came out though!
