I finally finished this project I've been working on for a long time! I discovered the hard way that only hot glue would properly keep the ribbons on. :) Anywho, this is a cute little ribbon hanging that I made for my daughter's room. It's just an embroidery hoop. It's attached to the ceiling with fishing line. Cute, eh? I like it. And so does she. :)

Ribbons!
These lovely ribbons are part of a project I made up for my daughter's room. I want her to have a frilly girly room--after all, she is the only girl with 2 brothers! I got inspiration for this project from a department store decoration. I had no clue what I was doing when I started, but I think it turned out okay! When it gets hung up in her room, I'll show you the finished product.
Happy crafting!An Announcement
Hi! Remember me?! I'm still here and I have some news! I had a sweet baby boy a little over a month ago! He's just a darling and we are all enjoying him. :)

I Have A Blog?
Remember me? :) I just haven't done a heck of a lot of crafting in the past few months, but I will show you what I have done.
My lovely sister asked me to make her graduation announcements! I was so pleased she asked me. It means somebody likes my work! ;) I was slightly nervous at the beginning because I did not have access to the internet and therefore couldn't use my beloved Splitcoast Stampers as inspiration. Yup, this whole deal had to come straight from my brain. But thankfully, with the few requests that she had, I was able to come up with a design that she loved fairly quickly!
Sheri loves her announcements and I'm just so thankful I was able to do this for her. :) Graduation is one week away and I couldn't be more proud of her! Next huge project: wedding invitations. ;)

This is the front of the card:
Sheri composed a cute little poem regarding her choice of major (Nutrition) and we included it inside the announcement.

This Week's Projects
I made these 3 things for a lovely gal this week. I got a great deal on the frames and the projects were fairly quick to put together. I got my inspiration for this first one from Splitcoast Stampers, but the other two are my designs. I'm pretty pleased with the results! And my SIL seemed happy that she asked me to make them for her. :)
